Excellent product at excellent price

The 2020 M is a great device. Easy to use and clean. And there's lots of videos on youtube, so even a noob like me was able to learn how to use it in a few tries. Just keep heating it for 2-3 seconds after you hear the click for best experience.

And TerpeneCentral's customer service is top-notch. I had some doubts before ordering. They reached out to me via whatsapp on their own to help out. Even offered a flat 15% discount for my first purchase + a few accessories for free!
